Founder

Karl Pearce

KTG Caravans was founded by Karl Pearce 15 years ago alongside his grandad, building the business from the ground up with a hands-on, family-first approach to the caravan industry.

From the very beginning, the focus was on doing things properly: fair valuations, clear communication and treating people how you’d expect to be treated yourself.

That approach still runs through the business today, from salvage decisions and export partnerships to private sales and aftercare.

Charlotte Watson

Charlotte Watson is a Director at KTG Caravans and a long-term family friend who shares the same passion for caravans and the lifestyle that comes with them.

A lifelong caravan enthusiast with a love for Cornwall, Charlotte relocated with her entire family to take up her role at KTG — bringing energy, commitment and a genuine belief in what the business stands for.

She plays a key role in driving the business forward day-to-day, supporting operations, client relationships and long-term growth, while staying true to KTG’s family-run values.
